In method for creation of nanosize porous structures of hard crystalline materials energetic action is carried out by laser radiation at sections of selected shapes and sizes, and creation of nanosize porous structures is carried out in vacuum by sublimation of alloy component atoms with higher elasticity of steam at the temperature of 723±15K for 36...48 hours, control of sublimation process is carried out by non-destructive check methods.;EFFECT: expansion of functional resources of method for creation of nanostructures, reduction of operations number due to exclusion of nanostructure etching by ions and vacuum radiation of material sections by bundle of focused electrons.;2 dwg
