FIELD: mechanics, heating.;SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises the following components, i.e. multiple sheet heaters wherein electrically conducting material made up of graphite and black is dispersed and mixed with disperse medium of polyimide-based synthetic pitch, water-resistant insulating materials made up of polyimide-based pitch. Each of the aforesaid materials features high heat stability, mechanical properties, electrical characteristics and chemical inactivity in a wide temperature range from very low to high temperatures. The device comprises also a container made from synthetic pitch to house sheet heaters and insulating layered materials. Note here that the sheet heaters are arranged in layers between which insulating material is fitted.
