FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention concerns area of molecular biology and histology and concerns the method of immunofluorescent determination of antigens localisation. The method is based on interaction of two proteins - bacteriemic barnase ribonuclease and its inhibitor - barstar, one of them is attached to the immunoreagent, and another - to the fluorescent marker. The given interaction is characterised by high affinity and specificity (a constant of linkage of a complex - 1014 M-1), goes in a wide range of parametres of reactionary medium and does not depend on presence in it of any competing or inhibiting factors.;EFFECT: reception intermolecular conjugates for immunoassay of gene-engineering methods and conjugates structure unification, thereby providing reproducibility of results of the analysis.;2 ex
