FIELD: food products.;SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparing black chokeberry fruits with obtaining ground fruit mass at humidity of 0.5-1%. Preparation is carried out using method of staged drying at a temperature maximum 37°C with intermediate crushing at the moment of achieving mass fraction of moisture maximum 10%. After preparing fruit raw material, bodies are formed using method of multistage processing with rolled layers of fruit mass and cocoa power layers interchanged.
