FIELD: food production process.;SUBSTANCE: method is performed by soaking in milk and chopping white bread, cutting and chopping beef and pork. The listed ingredients are mixed with salt and hot black pepper to obtain a cutlet mass. The cutlet mass is formed, coated with wheat white breadcrumbs and fried in melted fat to make collops. Runner beans and green are cut and frozen and mixed with salt in oxygen-free conditions. The collops, obtained mixture is packed as well as melted fat with definite components proportion. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow.;EFFECT: product digestibility improvement.
