The invention relates to lighting technology. Source is configured as a unit comprising four LED 2 installed on the support member 1, two rotary shutter 3 with the lenses 4, at least one means 5 rotating shutters. The carrier element 1 has a rack 6, which is pivotally mounted shutter 3. The rotation of means 5 is designed as a blind solenoid rod 7 which is connected with a shutter 3. The technical result: simplification of the design, maintenance of the luminous flux changes.
