The device has a plug (6) connected to a housing upper part (2) and a housing lower part (3). The pins (4, 5) of the plug have bushes or a stud bolt protruding in interior of the housing lower part and the housing upper part. Two holes are formed in a printed circuit board (7). A screw (14) or a sleeve is screwed with the inner thread or a contact pin through the holes and unscrewed with the stud bolt for electrical contacting of the bushes or the stud bolts connected with the pins.
