The device comprises a sorption system which has an adsorption area (12a), desorption area (12b), evaporator area (12c) and condenser area (12d). The sorption system is inter-stratified by three fluid flow (13,14,15), where the former fluid flow serves for the removal of condensation heat and the latter fluid flow servers for supplying vaporization heat or air conditioning of a space. The third fluid flow serves for the removal of sorption heat. An independent claim is included for a device arrangement for heating and air-conditioning of a motor vehicle.
