The arrangement has a connecting element arranged at a connecting region of a metallic component i.e. shielding component, where the connecting element enables a relative movement of the component around an axis. A hinge (25) with separate hinge parts i.e. hinge strips (27, 29) rotatable around the axis, is provided as the connecting element. The component is connected with the hinge strips. Ends of the hinge strips are rolled up in such a manner that the ends are brought into a desired function position during rotation of the ends around the axis in two rotating directions.
