The oil-cooling-filter arrangement has an oil supply line (106), a heat exchanger (102), a filter unit (104), a bypass unit (112) and an oil-return line (110). An oil temperature controlled bypass valve (114) is provided in the bypass unit for regulating the oil flow supplied to the heat exchanger. The bypass valve is connected to the oil supply line of the bypass unit.
