The method involves connecting two beam elements (14) directly or indirectly to rail retaining points (11) of supporting concrete slabs (10) such that the beam elements are laterally projected over the concrete slabs, and a laterally projected end piece (21) of the beam elements are supported on lifting leveling elements (22) arranged at a lower structure laterally adjacent to the concrete slabs. The concrete slabs and the two beam elements are adjusted in desired height, side and inclination positions by using the lifting leveling elements. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for aligning prefabricated supporting concrete slabs.
