The present invention relates to a covering part with a decoration skin (2) and a foam layer (3), which at a rear side of the decoration skin (2) and there adhesively bonded to the decoration skin (2) is connected, wherein the rear side of the decoration skin (2) at least in one region, so, that there is adjacent to the rear side of the decoration skin (2) which is applied to the bubbles (5) of the foam layer (3) with a relative displacement in height of at least one fifth of a diameter of these small bubbles (5) are arranged. The present invention also relates to a method for producing such a covering part and a method of producing a for such a covering part suitable decoration skin (2).
