PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a flexible foam having a skin layer of furniture decoration tool, and a flexible foam having a skin layer of furniture decoration tool obtained by the manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: A mold including an upper mold and a lower mold is preheated. The upper mold and the lower mold of the mold are pivotally fitted to each other on one side thereof. In the lower mold, a specified molding cavity is formed corresponding to the shape of the flexible foam. A polyurethane (PU) synthetic leather is fixed in the molding cavity. A polyurethane (PU) liquid is sufficiently injected into the molding cavity so as to be subjected to foam molding in the molding cavity. Consequently the polyurethane (PU) foam and the polyurethane (PU) synthetic leather are thermally welded to each other, so that a flexible foam including the polyurethane (PU) synthetic leather is molded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
