The device has connecting rods (4, 6) movable in an axial direction. The connecting rods are arranged parallel to each other and are distanced from each other. A coupling rod (7) is connected with the connecting rod (4) by a swivel joint (8) and with the connecting rod (6) by a rotary prismatic joint (9). The coupling rod is connected with a control rod (11) by another swivel joint (10). Rotation of an input shaft (1) acts on the connecting rods such that the connecting rods are displaced in an axial direction, where movement of the connecting rods is transferred to the coupling rod.
