The tube (1) has a corrugated rib (2) and grooves (3) arranged in a tube wall, where the grooves are in contact with the rib. The grooves are arranged inside the tube wall and extend in a longitudinal direction of the tube. The corrugated rib is arranged in the tube such that wave crest and/or wave trough cooperates with the groove. The grooves run along in parallel lines or rows inside the tube wall and are arranged on both broadsides of the tube with same distance. Two identical metal strips are provided in the tube wall. The tube wall is evenly formed in distance between the grooves. An independent claim is also included for a heat exchanger comprising cooling air ribs.
