The joint seat has a joint seat area comprising a step (3) formed between a smaller seat diameter (1) and a larger seat diameter (2). Edges (6) of joint seat halves are spaced apart from each other and control tilting of construction elements during assembling. A pressure chamber (4) is formed between the elements. A viscous medium is supplied under pressure to the chamber via a channel (5) i.e. borehole, to develop axial force for separating the elements, where the viscous medium is supplied by a pumping device and a distributor device.
