The device (1) has a retaining element (23) i.e. ball, movably arranged in a cross-hole that intersects a longitudinal hole (20) and clamped in a holding position of an actuating pin (9) between a set of supporting surfaces (22) due to self-locking. The supporting surfaces are provided at constant distance with each other in a retracting direction of the actuating pin. A controlling mechanism (26) controllably transfers a stop valve (17) in retracting direction of the actuating pin to release the actuating pin from the holding position.
