The case (1) has a screwing unit for tensioning to a linear guide (3) and inserted into a screw impeding nut (6). A screw head (8) of the impeding nut is locked within a guide groove (4) and/or between guide bars (7) with respect to a rotary motion of the head for insertion into the guide groove. The head is present on a side of the case turned away from the impeding nut. A spring maintains a distance of the nut from the case in an unfastened condition between the block and the case. The nut is positioned perpendicular to an alignment of the guide. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a clincher case.
