The heat exchanger useful in district heating power station to exchange heat between a hot exhaust gas flow and a cooling medium, comprises a first pipe (1) for flowing the hot exhaust gas flow and a second pipe (2) for flowing the cooling medium. One of the pipes runs into the other so that an external wall of the pipe is turned to a internal wall of the pipe. The wall of the first pipe is provided with the exhaust gas flow and/or the wall of the second pipe is provided with a nano-coating, which is applied as polysiloxane resin on sol-gel basis with nano-particles. The heat exchanger useful in district heating power station to exchange heat between a hot exhaust gas flow and a cooling medium, comprises a first pipe (1) for flowing the hot exhaust gas flow and a second pipe (2) for flowing the cooling medium.
