The system has a functional layer with a driver layer located on a substrate (10), and a carrier layer (18) i.e. acrylic paint layer, located on the driver layer. The driver layer is formed for absorbing UV laser light by gas emission for converting a portion of irradiated energy into mechanical energy. The carrier layer is formed such that it is lifted by a mechanical work of the substrate in an environment of a gas discharge sufficient for laser-induced transport. The driver layer is formed of a laser light-absorber layer (16) arranged on the substrate, and a gas discharging layer (14).
