The system (10) has a radial enlargement and a radial recess cooperatively arranged at a bolt shank (12) in a region of a bolt base (13) having a nut (14), and/or provided at an electrically conducting component e.g. cable lug (50). The radial enlargement and the recess penetrate through an electrically isolating layer of a threaded bolt (11) in the region of the bolt base and produce an electrical contact between the threaded bolt and the electrically conducting component. An inner diameter of the radial recess at a surface region is smaller than an outer diameter of the radial enlargement.
