The device has two tool halves (3), where one of the tool halves is heatably arranged and is fastened at a clamping plate (2). A spring element (6.1) is arranged between the heatable tool half and the plate. A thermal binding of the tool half is adjusted to the plate. An air gap (t) is formed between the heatable tool half and the plate at an opened condition of the tool halves. The spring element is arranged at a fastening element for attachment of the tool half at the plate. A clamping bush (5) is arranged on the fastening element for guidance of the spring element.
