The device has a base support-flat structure with base positioning devices and fixing or engaging unit at outer edges (7,8,9). Two fixing or engaging units are located in different predefined position ratios to the base positioning devices, particularly in different angle arrangement regarding the base positioning devices. The base support-flat structure has a rigid plate and the fixing or engaging units are formed by the outer edges, or provided at the outer edges. An independent claim is also included for a system comprising a medico-technical level positioning device.
