The method involves positioning a rigid insert (6) in a mold having appropriate shape, where the insert is formed of structural polyurethane foam whose cells are closed. A synthetic material is injected in the mold to adapt or to over-mold the external shape of the insert and to confer definite shape to a molded part. An external layer over-molding the insert is formed of rigid polyurethane foam with open cells. A flexible envelope (3) made of silicone is positioned in the mold before the realization of the insert.
