The attachment has a deformable and interchangeable intermediate element (3) placed inside a female element (2) i.e. retainer, for maintaining the female element and a male element (1) i.e. ball and socket joint, between them in a detachable manner. The intermediate element is realized by an elastomer material injected into a mold constituted of a part reproducing an inner shape of the female element and another par reproducing an outer shape of the male element. The male element is integrated to a joint part of prosthesis or at a pier (11) of a dental implant.
