Method for detecting 3-benzo(a)pyrene-glucuronide (3-BPG) in urine comprises first extract of an intermediate of 1-hydroxy pyrene (1-OHP) recognizing molecular imprint polymer (MIP(1-OHP)), a second extract of immunoadsorbent, and determining by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of 3-BPG compound, where the monoclonal antibody used in the second extract is benzo(a)pyrene (BaP-13).
