The compass (1) has tie rods (20) articulated by respective ends at arms (10) in equidistant points in a manner to form a deformable parallelogram with portions (12) of arms situated between the points. The arms have extensions above the portions, and are extended from the portion in the extension. A double actuating jack (30) has a common body in which movable rods (32) are projected, where the jack controls deployment and folding of the compass. The arms are articulated at a chassis of a vehicle and a skip at an articulation (15) of the extensions.
