Metallic surface corrosion estimating method for motor vehicle, involves offering thickness value of thin film electrolyte as input parameter for modeling corrosion according to time and place on metallic surface
The method involves modeling corrosion offering a value of a parameter representing intensity of the corrosion according to a time and a place of a metallic surface, which is made of zinc and galvanized steel and belongs to a motor vehicle body part. Thickness of the thin film electrolyte is offered as an input parameter for modeling the corrosion according to the time and the place on the metallic surface. Other input parameters for modeling the corrosion are chloride concentration, sulfate concentration, time of corrosion and temperature.
