The device has a base-body (1) including a current intensity adjusting unit (2) at its inner side and below its intermediate part i.e. wall, and including lateral prismatic edges (3a, 3b) in its upper part. An electrical mechanism having characteristics and normal functions, provided with a push-button switch (4) is arranged between the edges. The switch is actuated by a tilt type actuating key (5). Vertical cylindrical rods (12) are emerged from orifices (17) of the wall of the base-body while being introduced at an inner side of the mechanism till matched with contacts of the side.
