The method involves horizontally casting vertical side walls (3) on a molding table. The side walls are vertically raised and placed on another molding table with a distance between the walls. An adapted reinforcement is placed on the former table between the side walls and connected to standby iron bars of the side walls. A horizontal slab (5) is placed on the latter table. An assembly of side walls and slab is returned from the latter table.
