The device (1) has an exhaust manifold (2) comprising a flange (20) at each end. A vaporizing chamber (11) is formed by a bell (12) connected and welded on the exhaust manifold. A wall of the chamber is joined with a wall of the exhaust manifold. A preheating plug (15) is screwed in a tubular support (14) emerging in the vaporization chamber. An outlet tube (17) connects the chamber and the interior of the exhaust manifold by crossing a common wall (21). The chamber is formed by a vaporization tube crossing inside the manifold.
