The device (10) has a channel to receive a circular or elliptical flexible tube e.g. electric cable (2), located between a shank of a lateral finger (130) and a shank of a central finger (110). Another channel receives the tube located between the shank of the central finger and a shank of another lateral finger (120). The channels form an angle with respect to each other to form a passage baffle for the tube to be maintained by effect of jamming. An anti-decoiling unit partially limits the channels at opposite to a volumetric body e.g. air duct (1).
