The vehicle (1) has an air filter (3) mounted on an upstream structural element (4) e.g. cooling facade, by an upstream elastic fixation device (6) and on a downstream structural element (5) e.g. cowl grid support, by a downstream elastic fixation device (8). The air filter is arranged below a bonnet (2), and comprises fixation arms i.e. attached element, for fixing the fixation devices to the air filter. The devices comprise a suspension unit for pulling down the air filter under an effect of deformation of the bonnet in the event of an impact of a pedestrian on the bonnet.
