The generation system (2) has an estimation unit estimating slippage of wheels with respect to ground, and another estimation unit estimating brake torque transmitted to the wheel. Third estimation unit estimates variation of the estimated brake torque transmitted to the wheel and fourth estimation unit estimates variation of the estimated slippage of the wheel with respect to ground. Comparison units compare estimated torque variations and the slippage, where the generation system generates a slippage set point according to variation comparison results generated by the comparison units. An independent claim is also included for a method for generating wheel slippage set point of a motor vehicle equipped of an anti-lock braking device.
