The process for thermal homogenization of a mass of molten glass by controlled creation of convection current, comprises delivering a gas with high pressure (4 bar) and low pressure (400 mbar) using an output of a bubbler that functions in pulsed mode to produce bubbles. The bubbles have a sufficient volume, and are individualized so that refining is not degraded. The output of the bubbler has an internal diameter of 2.8 mm. An independent claim is included for a device for thermal homogenization of a mass of molten glass.
