A speed sensor (18) is located next to the target for detection of rotational parameters of the wheel. A measuring unit measures torque applied to the wheel. An electrical connection unit i.e. rotating collector (32), is connected to the measuring unit. A common support casing (16) made up of aluminum is arranged in manner for mounting the sensor and the electrical connection unit.
