Press to Talk (PTT) and Press Again to Listen (PATL) Radio / ECM Control

Security forces operating in many parts of the world now employ jamming equipment to protect themselves from radio controlled bombs. This jamming often interferes with their own communication systems. This idea adds a second position to the Press to Talk (PTT) switch currently used to control radio transmissions which, when it and the jamming equipment is linked into the a vehicle (or individual's) control harness, will temporarily switch off the jammers to allow the reception of wanted signals.
