PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olfaction test card kit by which many kinds of odors are simply checked in short time without diffusing odors.;SOLUTION: A sheet member is folded in half, adhered to be torn off, odor components used for an olfaction test are adhered to one of the inner surface, answer columns describing a plurality of alternatives including a correct answer are formed to the other of the inner surface, olfaction test cards describing signs expressing what odor component the test is for is formed for every odor component on one or both of the inner surface. Answer sheets formed by arranging the signs and the answer columns are vertically overlapped by every odor component. The correct answer of the alternatives is described in a lower answer sheet. When a subject marks an answer selected from marks expressing the alternatives corresponding to marks of the olfaction test card of an answer sheet located at an upper part, the marked answer is copied to an answer sheet located at a lower part and whether or not the answer is correct is immediately known.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
