PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitor reception device, a visitor reception method, and a visitor reception program, capable of recognizing visitor's utterance with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: When information that the visitor is detected is input from a receiving terminal, the company name and the person name of the visitor in which scheduled visiting day and time are in predetermined relation to day and time when the visitor is detected, from a visitor reservation data base which stores information containing the names of the company and the person(s) and the scheduled visiting day and time, are extracted, and a visitor dictionary is created (S1). When the voice data of utterance regarding self identity of the visitor are input (S4), voice recognition of the utterance is performed by using the visitor dictionary, and the visitor's identity is specified (S5). Information about the specified visitor's identity is informed to a person in charge (S8), and answering processing (S12 and S13), or visitor dealing processing on behalf of the person in charge (S14 to S16) is performed, according to the indication of the person in charge.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
