PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance controller which shortens a tact time of a processing apparatus as a whole, even if a load of a conveyance destination of an article to be conveyed becomes high, does not increase data volume which requires arithmetic processing also in a sheet conveyance line, does not need a large-scale arithmetic processor without making arithmetic processing time long. PSOLUTION: A control means 2 which controls each conveyance device of a processing facility receives a sorting condition from a host system; generates sorting information based on this sorting condition; discriminates whether a production lot has started, and if already started; discriminates whether there is any empty carrying out port out of the carrying out ports of the conveyed article of the processing facility, discriminates whether a production lot has been completed; discriminates whether there is a sorting condition of high priority, if the production lot has been completed and there are any empty carrying out ports; assigns sorting information to the carrying out port according to the sorting conditions of high priority; and controls the conveyance devices 3-1, 3-2, ..., 3-n, according to this sorting information.
