METHOD AND KIT FOR GENETIC ANALYSIS USING NUCLEIC ACID-CONTAINING LIPOSOME

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a genetic analysis capable of judging pseudo-negative reaction and pseudo-positive reaction caused by various factors. PSOLUTION: For the solution, a liposome transferred with a reference nucleic acid is used. The combination of a plurality of reference nucleic acid sequences enables laveling peculiar of a specific specimen. Also, as the liposome is cleaved under the same conditions as those for the cells in the specimen, a control of refining operation can be performed. As the reference nucleic acid dissociated from the liposome is amplified under the same conditions as the case with the specimen-derived nucleic acid, a control of a reagent or device for the amplification can be performed, and also a control of carry-over can be performed as a result of pseudo-positive reaction detection.
