PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part aligning device and a part aligning method capable of aligning a part in a short time without using an exclusive manipulator.;SOLUTION: This part aligning method changes a mode of vibrating and rocking a pallet in response to the aligning ratio of a part on the pallet. More actually, this part aligning method includes a radiating process of vibrating and rocking this pallet in a mode of setting a plurality of bolts so as to be scattered on the pallet, a roughly aligning process of vibrating the pallet in a mode of setting the bolts on the pallet so as to stay in the respective vicinities, a finely aligning process of vibrating the pallet in a mode of setting the bolts on the pallet so as to engage with an aligning hole of the respective vicinities, and a guiding aligning process of vibrating and rocking the pallet in a mode of setting a bolt unengaged with the aligning hole so as to guide the aligning hole engaged with the bolts without removing the bolts engaged with the aligning hole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
