PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which mass-produces activation chlorophyll which is easy to function effectively from a vegetable green leaf and can effectively homogeneously manufacture a micro powder of a green leaf in which activation chlorophyll is easily taken in by a simple method.;SOLUTION: A method includes: primarily irradiating microwave at a vegetable raw leaf; secondarily irradiating microwave after setting a fixed idle period and leveling moisture and temperature; subsequently, micronizing by carrying out a triturate treatment to enable the ingestion or extracting of chlorophyll of a green leaf easily and effectively. In the method, since internal moisture carries out exothermic shift and evaporates into the outside uniformly in the whole green leaves, the desiccation is effectively performed, and the subsequent micronization treatment is performed smoothly and effectively. Moreover, since the idle period is set, yield improves, scent is increased by the roasting effect by the secondary irradiation, and moreover, the ingestion of chlorophyll or a useful component becomes easy.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
