PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a weedproof structure which is installed in a weedproof area adjacent to a structure, can surely prevent the growth of weeds from the weedproof area and the structure, and is excellent in design performance, and a method for constructing the weedproof structure.;SOLUTION: The method for constructing the weedproof structure which is employed so that the weedproof structure including a weedproof sheet 10 with first and second ends 12 and 13 facing each other can be installed in the weedproof area 20 adjacent to the structure 25 includes: a step of arranging the weedproof sheet 10 in such a manner as to bring a side wall 26 of the structure and the first end 12 into contact with each other; a step of fixing the first end 12 of the weedproof sheet 10 brought into contact with the structure 25; a step of fixing the second end 13 of the weedproof sheet to the weedproof area 20; and a step of arranging a filler material 60 at a corner formed of the side wall 26 of the structure and the first end 12 of the weedproof sheet 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
