PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multiple dwelling houses capable of simplifying a construction process in the multiple dwelling houses, capable of reducing a manufacturing cost, and capable of changing a layout ranging astride stories in the dwelling houses after constructed.;SOLUTION: The multiple dwelling houses 1 include the plurality of dwelling units 5 provided respectively with an independent doorway 2 and independent windows 3, the dwelling unit 5 includes a two-story structural part 12 arranged removably with an isolation floor 11 for isolating vertically an inner space 8 into an upper living room 9 and other space 10, at least one part, an open ceiling structure part 13 with an inner space not divided, and has a vertical partition 14 for partitioning the two-story structural part 12 and the open ceiling structure part in at least one part, the isolation floor 11 is formed with an opening part 15 for going in and out to/from the upper living room 9 in the two-story structural part 12, and one part of the vertical partition 14 is arranged in one side 16 of the opening part 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
