PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a client and a designer, even if the client has no construction experiment of dwelling house for aged person, to easily construct an optimum design plan for a desired dwelling house for aged person and also a building worker to easily construct this dwelling house for aged person.;SOLUTION: In this dwelling house design table, a sound dwelling house 5, a preventive medicine dwelling house 6, a helpable dwelling house 7 and a dwelling house for care 8 which are the names showing the classifications of dwelling houses corresponding to the respective stages obtained by classifying aged persons who are the residents of dwelling houses to a plurality of stages stepwise according to the physical functions of the aged persons; and an approach 11, an entrance 12, a corridor 13, a staircase 14, a lavatory 15, a bathroom 16, a toilet 7, a kitchen 18, a living room 19, a bed room 20, a Japanese room 21, and a balcony 22 which are the names of respective parts constituting the dwelling houses 5-8 are described, and design conditions 51-96 necessary for the design of each part constituting the dwelling house are also described in conformation to the dwelling house names 5-8 and the part names 11-22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
