PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since there exists no guideline or method for constructing such an information system, in a conventional manner, that should be interlocked with information such as the common sense or unwritten law or custom or climate or culture of a human society in a thinking device just like a human being, that is, a semiconductor device functioning as a person just as even a human being does not function as a person in a prison cell, a peripheral electronic circuit and a program, it becomes extremely difficult.;SOLUTION: An information system is achieved by configuring: a device functioning as a device which thinks just like a human being on the basis of a mathematical model, that is, a semiconductor device functioning as a person and a peripheral electronic circuit and an information processing system; a statistical information system for reflecting the actual situations of a human society in a real time; a database system for reflecting a sign including language, symbol, voice, or moving image to be used in the human society in a real time; a real time economic information system for visualizing a value circulating in the human society; an information system for performing the value determination of the goodness/badness of information circulating in the human society; and a public information distribution system acting on the human society.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
