PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the replanning of a production planning order in consideration of a delay vehicle when a vehicle, which does not observe a preliminarily planned production planning order, such as the delay vehicle occurs.;SOLUTION: A production order replanning system includes: a vehicle passage detection device 4 for detecting a vehicle input to a correcting operation process; correcting operation requirement time input devices 2A and 2B, to which the requirement time of the correcting operation of the vehicle is input; and a production order replanning device 1. When receiving notification indicating that the vehicle, which is input from the vehicle passage detection device 4 to a correcting operation process, has been detected, the production order replanning device 1 replans the vehicle production order in an assembly process, based on the correcting operation requirement time input from the correcting operation requirement time input devices 2A and 2B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
