PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention structure of apartment house capable of increasing crime prevention properties by the effect of making thieves such as sneak thieves hesitate to invade dwelling units.;SOLUTION: This crime prevention structure 3A of apartment house 1A built in a site 7 adjacent to a front road 5 includes a building part 9 having a plurality of dwelling units 11A, 11B and a stage passage 23 which is adjacent to the front road 5 and provided along the normal circulation L1 of the dwellers of the dwelling units 11A, 11B in the site 7. The stage passage 23 is disposed at a position higher than the front road 5. A thief is made conspicuous when passing the stage road 23, and easily viewed from passersby on the front road 5.
