PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive fluororesin film which has surface resistivity in a semiconductive region, reduces local variation in surface resistivity, and has small surface roughness, a fluororesin coating material for forming the fluororesin film, and a coated molding in which a fluororesin layer made of a coating film of the fluororesin coating material is disposed on a base material. PSOLUTION: The semiconductive fluororesin film is formed from a fluororesin composition comprising a fluororesin and a conductive agent, wherein the conductive agent is at least one conductive agent selected from a group consisting of ionic liquids and conductive polymers, and an average of surface resistivity of the semiconductive fluororesin film measured at a temperature of 20C and an applied voltage of 100 V is 110SP5/SP-110SP16/SP/sq. The fluororesin coating material comprises a fluororesin, the conductive agent and an aqueous medium.
